‘Bomoh’s slap threat is Umno’s karma’

Anwar NewKAJANG: PKR supremo Anwar Ibrahim said that the crocodile slap threat by shaman Ibrahim Mat Zin to Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin was Umno Youth’s karma.
This was because the Umno Youth wing had not done anything to condemn an NGO which offered money to the public to slap Seputeh MP Teresa Kok over her Chinese New Year video.
“Before, you say it is okay to slap Teresa. Now the bomoh says that he wants to slap Khairy… I don’t like that. It is not right,” said Anwar.

“It is also a lesson for Umno Youth. It is karma,” he said at a forum organised by Centre for Reform Democracy and Social Initiatives and held in New Era College last night.
The forum was held in relation to the Kajang by-election.
On March 10, Ibrahim who is also known as Raja Bomoh Sedunia Nujum VIP used fish trap hook, bamboo binoculars and coconuts to locate the missing MAS flight MH370 that had gone missing for over a week.
Ibrahim’s actions were ridiculed by Malaysians and foreigners alike. Khairy who is also Youth and Sports Minister, proposed that the police arrest the shaman.
In return Ibrahim threatened to slap Khairy on Friday.
Meanwhile, yesterday Khairy told the press that Malaysians wanted to slap Ibrahim for the embarrassment that he caused in Kuala Lumpur. International Airport.
The March 23 state seat by-election will see a straight fight between PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and MCA vice president Chew Mei Fun.
The Kajang state seat fell vacant following the resignation of incumbent assemblymen Lee Chin Cheh of PKR on Jan 27. Early polling would be held on March 19.
The state seat comprises 39,728 registered voters. At the last general election in May 2013, the seat saw a voter turnout of 87.9% with 541 spoilt votes.
