The Police Must Shoot More Criminals In Penang

Sometime we do not understand why the DAP is trying very hard to attack the PDRM when there are death in criminal prevention operation to eradicate criminals in this country. Not long ago, the DAP was the one who pressured the police to take action against the shooting incident that happens rampantly. Most of the assassination style is done at traffic lights all over the country. Why now DAP is trying to make a fuss when the police kills and apprehend all of the suspects? Yesterdya police fatally shoot 5 suspected criminals who are known as notorious hitman in Penang, we simply do not understand why DAP is angry about the issue. It is fortunate that all of the criminals are killed, after this Penang will become a more peaceful, and it will have a positive effect on other state in the country. Only 100 or 1,000 family members of the criminals are too small to be compared to 28 million Malaysians that live under constant fear during the whole shooting incident fiasco. Yes, it is true that everyone has the right to be heard in court, criminals however, did the criminals think of their victims’ rights before committing the offence? We should give more attention to those who turn themselves in without any coercion. If the criminals surrendered themselves, but being shot at point blank by police officers, that will be another story. If that were to happens, we would like to support DAP to politicized the issue, the problem is every evidence shows that the criminal were the one who fired the gun shot towards the police first and the police have to defend themselves. Like it or not, it is the police rule, they can only fire to protect themselves. If the DAP is trying to change the law so that the police will not open fire at any occasion, then it is a different story. We would like to suggest to the DAP so that the amendment of the law can be done during the next Dewan Rakyat (lower house) proceeding so that the police can never fire even a single shot in duty. What’s better is that, all of the police firearms to be taken back and be replaced with swords and arrows. That is the right way to do it and not through the media. DAP’s action defending all of the criminals will only distant them from their voters. We support the action of police and will attack anyone who slander the police, even if they are from the Pakatan Rakyat.
